Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Development: Collaborate with leaders to create comprehensive plans that drive lasting impact and influence business outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to design innovative propositions for the business in areas such as talent acquisition, career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, employee engagement, learning & development, recognition programs, and rewards.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data strategically to identify trends and inform decisions regarding succession planning and career growth.
  • Talent Management: Develop deep connections with employees to maintain a healthy pool of talent and ensure succession for critical roles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong HR Experience: Proven experience across talent management, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to work in constraints and comfortable with ambiguity, displaying a knack for problem-solving.
  • Excellent Communication: Excellent communicator with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and complex stakeholders to drive organizational change.
