Job Title: Remote Recruiter Team Lead

Overview:

The role of a remote recruiter team lead involves leading and managing a team of recruiters working on mid to senior-level mandates across industries.

As a team lead, you will be responsible for mentoring and training junior recruiters to improve sourcing, screening, and client management capabilities.

You will also assign and prioritize job requisitions among team members based on capability and bandwidth.

Maintaining strong client relationships through timely updates, quality profiles, and strategic support is also a key responsibility of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve team targets on closures, client satisfaction, and turnaround time (TAT).
  • Mentor and train junior recruiters to enhance their skills in sourcing, screening, and client management.
  • Assign and prioritize job requisitions among team members based on their capability and bandwidth.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
  • Regularly review and report on team performance metrics and hiring KPIs.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of recruitment experience with at least 1 year in a team-leading role.
  • Strong exposure to client communication and stakeholder management.
  • Proven ability to work on leadership and niche roles across sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals, ATS, and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, team leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
