Business Development Role

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients in the technology sector.

This key position plays a critical role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities, building client trust, and delivering exceptional service.

  • Foster and expand existing client partnerships to increase revenue and market share.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities through targeted outreach and strategic networking.
  • Understand clients' technical requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate agreements and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.
  • Prepare and present regular account status reports to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate client information in CRM systems to inform future sales strategies.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue potential.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in account management within the Technology and IT staffing industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of IT environments, emerging technologies, and network technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
