Key Infrastructure Developer

Our organization is seeking an experienced and skilled Key Infrastructure Developer to join our team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for architecting and building the core backend infrastructure that supports our AI customer service agents.

Role Summary:

  • Design and implement scalable and production-ready Python code using Django frameworks
  • Architect and deploy backend services and infrastructure for large-scale deployments on AWS or GCP
  • Collaborate with leaders and engineers to influence architecture and direction
  • Drive projects from concept to deployment in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain highly available and fault-tolerant systems
  • Design and implement efficient data storage and retrieval solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of software development experience with deep expertise in Python and Django
  • Strong cloud skills (AWS or GCP) with familiarity in Kubernetes/Docker
  • Proven track record of developing and scaling infrastructure in production environments
  • Prior experience working in agile development methodologies
  • CS degree or equivalent professional foundation
