SUMMARY:

We're seeking an experienced and innovative IT Infrastructure Director to lead our global design teams. This role is crucial to our global transformation journey — shifting from traditional infrastructure management toward a modern, DevOps-centric, cloud-native delivery model.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth technical knowledge of both legacy and emerging infrastructure platforms, combined with proven leadership in managing globally distributed teams.

This individual will be responsible for delivering reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure services while modernizing operations to support product engineering, platform automation, operational SRE and business agility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure leads, engineers, and service owners across global teams.
  • Drive alignment with global IT strategy focused on automation, scalability, and cloud native architecture.
  • Represent infrastructure delivery in global planning and governance forums.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing global or regional teams.
  • 5+ year experience working within a public cloud environment.
  • Must have a good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
