Seeking an accomplished BIM Project Director. This pivotal role demands strong leadership and technical expertise to oversee the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategies across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing large-scale infrastructure, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use projects.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive BIM execution plans for complex projects.
  • Lead and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams consisting of architects, engineers, and construction professionals.
  • Ensure seamless delivery of BIM project outcomes while maintaining strict compliance with national and international BIM standards.
  • Integrate BIM with project management, design, cost estimation, and construction workflows.
  • Manage and upgrade BIM software platforms, such as Revit, Navisworks, and Dynamo.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance/quality control checks on BIM models and outputs.
  • Promote innovation in digital engineering, encompassing automation, computational design, and digital twins.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and ongoing support to BIM coordinators, modelers, and project teams.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, consultants, and contractors regarding BIM implementation and project execution.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in BIM, with at least 12 years in a leadership or managerial position.
  • Strong proficiency in BIM platforms like Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Dynamo, and associated digital tools.
  • Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use projects.
  • Excellent understanding of BIM standards, LOD specifications, and coordination processes.
  • Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
