Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an exceptional Technical Infrastructure Manager to lead the administration and execution of configuration management changes.

This role requires a strong technical expert with experience in external data source integrations, ITOM discovery, OT Module, and SAM Module. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise to drive business outcomes.

The selected individual will have strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure and components, including servers, networks, and applications. They will also be responsible for maintaining CMDB data accuracy, establishing relationships between CIs, performing data cleansing and deduplication activities, and developing key performance indicators for CMDB health.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Technical Infrastructure Manager will configure and manage data discovery tools, integrate CMDB data with other ServiceNow modules, and map data from external systems to the CMDB schema.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining CMDB data accuracy and integrity
  • Establishing relationships between Configuration Items (CIs)
  • Performing data cleansing and deduplication activities
  • Developing key performance indicators for CMDB health
  • Configuring and managing data discovery tools
  • Integrating CMDB data with other ServiceNow modules
  • Mapping data from external systems to the CMDB schema

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure and components
  • Experience in external data source integrations
  • Knowledge of ITOM discovery, OT Module, and SAM Module
  • ITIL certification and strong experience of ITIL processes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
