We are seeking an accomplished professional to manage our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT operations, with a proven track record of overseeing office setups, supporting end-users, maintaining hardware/software systems, and ensuring data security compliance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and manage company-wide IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal uptime, scalability, and performance.
  • Lead and execute the complete IT setup for new office locations including internet connectivity, LAN/WAN configurations, server and workstation installations, printer/scanner setup, and IT asset procurement.
  • Provide Level 1 & 2 support to internal users, manage tickets, and ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Configure, monitor, and maintain network devices (routers, firewalls, switches), ensuring secure and stable network connectivity across departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, ensure proper tracking, warranty renewals, AMC contracts, and periodic audits.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for procurement, AMC, ISP support, and managed services.
  • Ensure cybersecurity protocols, firewalls, antivirus, backup strategies, and data protection policies are strictly implemented and followed.
  • Manage installation, configuration, and updates of business software; monitor license usage and renewals.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field
  • 5-10 + years of experience in related field
  • Experience in information technology space and solving various software and hardware problems
  • Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills
  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+, MCSE, CCNA, or ITIL (preferred)
