Job Title: Senior Business Development Specialist
At Penthara Technologies, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Promote and sell Microsoft products and services, with a focus on Microsoft 365 and Azure licenses.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions.
- Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in IT Sales or Business Development.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft products; hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure licensing is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
