Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned BIM Coordinator to play a pivotal role in the digital delivery and integration of projects.

This key position will be responsible for managing and coordinating the overall use of BIM for project delivery, developing and maintaining BIM protocols, Execution Plans, and other documentation.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary models and ensure seamless collaboration with BIM Specialists, Modelers, Leads, and Managers.
  • Develop and maintain Revit project production, including quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards.
  • Liaise with project teams to provide mentoring on best practices and workflows, ensuring compliance with BIM standards and guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in design, drafting, and BIM management.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit and 3D BIM authoring tools.
  • Experience in using Navis for Coordination.
  • Technical knowledge of MEP services.
