Job Opportunity:
Structural BIM ExpertOur organization seeks an experienced Structural BIM Expert to collaborate with our engineering team in creating accurate and detailed building information models (BIM) and structural drawings.
- Develop 3D BIM models and structural drawings using Revit and AutoCAD, based on engineering markups and design requirements.
- Work closely with architects, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to ensure model consistency.
- Prepare precise shop drawings, detailed sections, and reinforcement detailing as needed.
- Maintain BIM models and update them throughout the project lifecycle.
- Fulfill company and project BIM standards, adhering to local and international codes.
- Assist in clash detection and coordination using Navisworks or similar software.
- Guarantee quality control of drafted output and manage drawing revisions.
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field is required.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a structural draftsman, with at least 2 years utilizing BIM/Revit.
- Proficiency in Revit Structure, AutoCAD, and familiarity with Navisworks.
- Thorough knowledge of structural systems (RC, steel, post-tensioning, etc.) and detailing standards.
- Previous experience working on large-scale buildings, infrastructure, or villa projects is advantageous.
