About the Role

We are seeking a skilled BIM Engineer to join our team of experts in creating construction drawings and 3D models using industry-standard software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Setup and Management: Set up projects, create parametric families, manage Revit server from a production perspective.
  • Attachment and Detail Markups: Complete attachment and detail markups for company products.
  • Design Translation: Translate less specific design direction into functional documents.
  • BIM Modeling: Create 3D BIM models using Revit or AutoCAD.
  • Clash Detection and Resolution: Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve design conflicts.
  • Documentation: Generate accurate construction documents and drawings from BIM models.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum: Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination.
  • Proficiency in BIM Software: Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge of Construction Processes: Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry standards.
