BIM Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead project teams in delivering cutting-edge architectural, structural, and MEP solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effective client coordination, internal team management, reviewing project deliverables, QA/QC oversight, and ensuring timely project delivery.

The role requires strong technical expertise across various disciplines, a proactive approach to training, BIM implementation, and client interactions. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure optimal resource deployment aligned with project objectives.

• Manage multiple projects, ensuring effective resource allocation, progress tracking, and accurate monitoring of project status.
• Support project setup, planning, and execution strategies to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants for BIM modeling, reports, and deliverables.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, allocate tasks effectively, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Oversee the implementation and management of BIM tools and platforms (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360).
• Train and develop team members in the use of BIM tools and technologies.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in the BIM industry.
• High proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 platforms.
• Solid understanding of BIM processes, multi-disciplinary coordination, and project delivery methodologies.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
