Qualification: Graduation or Post-Graduation in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Structural Modeler/Drafter with a strong background in structural design and drafting using BIM tools, particularly for U.S.-based residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in structural modeling, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate in a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed structural models and drawings using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Develop structural models up to LOD 350 for wood/timber, LGS, and hot-rolled steel structures.
  • Ensure drafting complies with U.S. building codes, standards, and project specifications.
  • Coordinate with structural engineers and other disciplines for design integration and accuracy.
  • Collaborate through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for project coordination.
  • Review and mark up drawings using Bluebeam and manage clash detection in Navisworks.
  • Lead and mentor a team of structural drafters, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in drafting standards and workflows.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3–6 years of experience in structural drafting and modeling, specifically for U.S.-based projects.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD (Mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of wood/timber framing systems, LGS, and hot-rolled steel structures.
  • Working experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Bluebeam.
  • Exposure to Navisworks for coordination is preferred.
  • Strong English writing skills and effective verbal communication.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and team coordination skills.
  • Passion for structural design and BIM technology.
