BIM Project Leader

As a seasoned professional in the field of Building Information Modeling (BIM), we are seeking an accomplished BIM project leader to spearhead our Architecture, MEP, and Firefighting projects. With at least 20 years of experience in BIM management, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects simultaneously, developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and workflows to optimize project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, ability to guide project teams, and proactively identify and address project-related challenges and issues.

  • Project Management:
    • Lead and manage multiple BIM projects concurrently.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and workflows to ensure timely completion.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams.
    • Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
    • Attend client meetings to understand project requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.
    • Collaborate with clients to ensure project deliverables meet their expectations.
  • Business Development:
    • Participate in business development meetings to contribute to the growth and expansion of our BIM services.
    • Leverage your extensive industry experience to identify new business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the business development team to win and secure new projects.
  • Budget and Timeline Oversight:
    • Exercise meticulous control over project budgets and expenses.
    • Implement cost-effective strategies without compromising project quality or client satisfaction.
    • Maintain strict control over project timelines.
  • Best Practices Implementation:
    • Establish and enforce industry-leading best practices in BIM project management.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the BIM team.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in BIM technology and methodologies.
