We are currently seeking a skilled Lighting Design Lead to join our team. This role focuses on working with BIM 360 and Autodesk Docs in lighting design projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • BIM Modeling and Quality Control
    • Setup new Revit projects and templates.
    • Create custom lighting fixture families.
    • Manage models in BIM 360 and Autodesk Docs.
    • Review BIM work done by team members and ensure all models meet project standards.
  • Lighting Design Expertise
    • Design lighting projects from concept development to detailed design and documentation.
    • Accurately detail lighting models to meet project requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaboration and Documentation
    • Work closely with different teams to include lighting in building designs.
    • Prepare drawings, reports, and specs for lighting projects.
    • Give regular updates and reports to project managers or clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM Engineer, especially in lighting design.
  • Good knowledge of BIM 360, Revit, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Docs.
  • Understanding of lighting design principles.
  • Experience with quality checks in BIM workflows.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
