Public Health BIM Modeler Role

We are seeking an experienced Public Health BIM Modeler to create and manage detailed building information models (BIM) for public health projects.

  • Develop and coordinate complex BIM models that adhere to project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate various components into a cohesive model.
  • Ensure model coordination and clash detection to identify and resolve potential conflicts before construction begins.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant standards, guidelines, and protocols related to public health facility regulations.
  • Oversee BIM workflows and processes, manage project deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of BIM deliverables.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in engineering with a Diploma/ Degree.
  • Expertise in using Revit & Navisworks.
  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience in Middle East projects is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of drainage, water supply, storm water, and fire protection services is essential.
  • Basic design knowledge regarding PHE and Fire Protection Services is an added advantage.
