Area Sales Manager Delhi

Job Description:
Axalta is seeking a skilled Area Sales Manager to join our team in Delhi. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales and collection targets for our Premium Business (Automotive Refinish) in Delhi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Network / Channel Management
Develop and maintain a strong network of body shops and distributors, ensuring smooth operations and identifying growth opportunities.
Identify and develop new distribution channels and body shop customers.
- Target key OEMs and their dealerships
Maximize revenue and market reach by targeting key OEMs and their dealerships, such as Maruti, Hyundai, KIA, Toyota, Honda, and TATA.
- Maintain strong relationships
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and body shop customers.
- Sales / Collection - Targets
Achieve assigned sales targets, ensure timely collections, and reconcile accounts for business hygiene.
- Demand / Inventory Forecasting
Forecast demand accurately to ensure smooth supplies to end customers.
- Market Intelligence
Provide timely market intelligence on competitor activities to keep management informed.
- Profitability
Improve overall business profitability by optimizing product mix and implementing leakage controls at body shops.
Requirements:
A degree in paint technology or chemical engineering, with a background in paints or chemicals and experience handling body shop customers.
