Key Responsibilities:

- Network / Channel Management:

Develop and maintain a strong network of Body Shops and Distributors, ensuring smooth operations and identifying growth opportunities within each.

Identify and develop new distribution channels and body shop customers.

- Sales / Collection - Targets:

Achieve assigned sales targets, ensure timely collections, and reconcile accounts for business hygiene.

- Demand / Inventory Forecasting:

Accurately forecast demand for smooth supplies to end customers.

- Market Intelligence:

Provide timely market intelligence on competitor activities to keep management informed.

- Profitability:

Improve overall business profitability by optimizing product mix and implementing leakage controls at body shops.

Requirements:

A degree in paint technology or chemical engineering, with a background in paints/chemicals and experience handling body shop customers. Exposure to the industry, such as paint (refinish), tyres, lubricants, or automobiles, is also required.
