Delhi Sales Growth Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled Area Sales Manager to join our team in Delhi. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales and collection targets for Premium Business (Automotive Refinish) in this exciting market.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in paint technology or chemical engineering and a background in paints or chemicals, with experience handling body shop customers.
Axalta operates in two segments: Performance Coatings and Mobility Coatings, serving four end markets across North America, EMEA, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific. Our global footprint enables us to deliver solutions in over 140 countries and coat 30 million vehicles per year.
To succeed in this role, you will need to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and body shop customers. You will also be responsible for forecasting demand accurately, providing timely market intelligence on competitor activities, and improving overall business profitability by optimizing product mix and implementing leakage controls at body shops.
In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹12,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.
