We are now looking for another team member to join us in our sales team as Area Sales Manager - ROMG.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contribute to business growth through different sales activities which are aligned with business expectations and support stakeholders towards common goals of the organization
  2. Execute plans to achieve sales budgets and adhere to reporting norms on a daily/weekly and monthly basis
  3. Drive commercial discipline and ensure adherence to organization policy amongst the channel partners and complete reconciliation of accounts on a quarterly basis
  4. Ensure geographical coverage of potential areas by adequate number of channel partners by appointing new and growing existing channel partners
  5. Engage with contractors to generate more project leads and drive the contractor loyalty program
  6. Work with customers to address complaints and address them through our internal mechanisms
  7. Conduct demand generation activities on a periodic basis
  8. Keep regular eye on competition moves/new products offerings/upcoming trends/govt. regulations

  • Management from Tier-2 Management institutes with 5+ years of experience
  • Experience in process driven premium Building Materials Organization preferably MNC (preferred industries – Construction & Building material industry)
