Job Description:

Axalta is seeking a highly skilled Area Sales Manager to join our team in Punjab. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales and collection targets for our Premium Business (Automotive Refinish) in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Network / Channel Management:

Develop and maintain a strong network of body shops and distributors, ensuring smooth operations and identifying growth opportunities.

Identify and develop new distribution channels and body shop customers.

- Sales / Collection - Targets:

Achieve assigned sales targets, ensure timely collections, and reconcile accounts for business hygiene.

- Demand / Inventory Forecasting:

Forecast demand accurately for smooth supplies to end customers.

- Market Intelligence:

Provide timely market intelligence on competitor activities to keep management informed.

- Profitability:

Improve overall business profitability by optimizing product mix and implementing leakage controls at body shops.

Requirements:

A degree in paint technology or chemical engineering, with a background in paints or chemicals and experience handling body shop customers.
