About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supports the smooth running of the food and beverage department, delivering high-quality service to guests.
  • Works as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, responding promptly to guest enquiries.
  • Takes responsibility for duties and tasks assigned, completing work in a timely and professional manner.
  • Delivers on departmental plans and objectives, achieving hotel targets and initiatives.
  • Collaborates with colleagues to control costs and inventory, attaining productivity and performance levels.
  • Builds effective working relationships, promoting company culture and values.
Requirements:
  • Experience in food and beverage service is beneficial but not essential.
  • A hands-on approach with a can-do attitude is required.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service, with a passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to find creative solutions, taking ownership of duties and tasks assigned.
  • Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment demanding excellence.
  • Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms.
  • Strong communication skills.
