Regional Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Head to join our team and contribute to the success of our business.

About the Role

The Regional Head will be responsible for leading a team of Student Recruitment Managers, setting clear performance targets and ensuring achievement of individual and regional KPIs. This role will also involve developing and executing regional recruitment strategies aligned with our global objectives, analysing regional trends and market performance to inform your approach.

Main Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Team Management:
    • Lead a team of Student Recruitment Managers (SRMs), setting clear performance targets and ensuring achievement of individual and regional KPIs.
  • Regional Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and execute regional recruitment strategies aligned with our global objectives, analysing regional trends and market performance to inform your approach.
  • Agent & Partner Management:
    • Oversee SRMs in building, managing, and expanding agent networks, ensuring consistent engagement, training, and compliance across all partner relationships.
  • Cross-Functional Working:
    • Work closely with marketing, admissions, and compliance teams to align efforts and improve conversion rates.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6–10 years of experience in higher education student recruitment, with at least 3 years in a managerial/leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving regional student recruitment targets.
  • Strong understanding of international education markets, particularly the UK study abroad landscape.
