Job Title: Senior Business Director

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or design, or equivalent experience.

Experience:

  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience in an interior fit-out business, operating role managing a revenue-generating team or selling design products/services.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with direct team reporting experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, navigating ambiguity and uncertainty.
