Experienced professionals are sought to join our team as Service Supervisors/Field Technicians in Jamnagar, India.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a vital role in installation, maintenance, and technical support for our products across customer sites in India.

This field-based role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service with frequent travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair Tayal & Co. products at customer locations.
  • Diagnose issues efficiently and resolve warranty complaints.
  • Provide on-site technical support and training to customers.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and service teams for escalations and quick resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, visits, and complaint status.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems.
  • Troubleshooting and repair expertise in industrial or railway equipment.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region and across India.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Competitive salaries in accordance with industry standards range from Rs. 6,00,000 - 12,00,000 per annum. Currency: INR.
