Technical Onboarding Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new customers by providing technical guidance and support during data integration, ETL/ELT operations, and configuration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership to ensure successful product adoption and integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective onboarding strategies.
  • Develop and maintain documentation to support the onboarding process.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that arise during onboarding.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical onboarding, data operations, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data transformation methodologies.
  • Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages such as Python or Shell.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
