Job Summary:

The key objective of this role is to oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for US-based employees and contractors, ensuring timely and compliant completion of documentation, background checks, system access, and exit formalities.

This individual will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient processing of onboarding workflows.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Onboarding Support: Ensure seamless onboarding processes for US-based employees and contractors, including documentation, background checks, and system access.
  • Background Verification Coordination: Collaborate with vendors to guarantee accurate and timely completion of screenings.
  • Compliance Documentation: Maintain up-to-date records and ensure adherence to organizational and legal standards.
  • MSP Portal Management: Navigate multiple MSP portals (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline) for timely submission and status tracking of onboarding workflows.
  • SOP & Process Documentation: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for key HR and compliance workflows.
  • Federal & Client-Specific Compliance: Apply knowledge of US federal regulations and client guidelines to ensure process adherence.
  • Audit Readiness Support: Prepare compliance records to support internal and client audits.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in US Staffing Operations, HR Coordination, or Compliance Support
  • Hands-on experience with MSP portals and US federal employment regulations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and document tracking tools
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, process-driven, and a quick learner
