As a Regional Category Expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving educational excellence by leading school acquisition and partnership efforts across the region.

This role involves ensuring the successful onboarding of new schools, fostering strong relationships with school leaders, and supporting implementation of LEAD's solutions to maximize student learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the expansion of our Test Prep by acquiring and onboarding new school partnerships, aligning with our mission.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner schools, building strong relationships based on understanding parent aspirations, school owner needs, and market dynamics.
      • Support school growth through parent engagement initiatives, admission programs, and regional brand-building efforts.
        • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with our goals, ensuring smooth transition to our Key Account team.
          • Drive timely collections, monitor key performance metrics, and communicate progress regularly to stakeholders.
          Ideal Experience Profile:
          • 8-10 years of experience in new client acquisition with 2-4 years in leadership roles.
          • Significant experience in pan-India Sales solution delivery and successful leadership of large volume, high-quality sales engagements is required.
          • Excellent skills in new client acquisition, negotiation, and closing deals.
          • Ability to travel across assigned territories or zones.
