Job Title: Market Growth Strategist

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. This includes:

  • Achieving revenue targets and profitability through effective sales and marketing initiatives
  • Developing comprehensive business plans, including revenue targets, product mix, and margin objectives
  • Maintaining strong relationships across banks, corporates, and merchant bankers in the respective region, influencing key stakeholders to drive growth
  • Organizing meetings and events for knowledge sharing with corporate clients, banks, financial institutions, and merchant bankers
  • Staying updated on industry happenings and product developments, ensuring team members are also aware of these changes
  • Increasing market share and visibility in the respective region
  • Conducting industry and competition analysis, handling and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) through Management Information Systems (MIS)
