About Us

We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our HR and IR department. This role requires a strong leader with expertise in industrial relations, manpower planning, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Industrial Relations:
    • Negotiate collective bargaining agreements with unions and worker representatives.
    • Ensure a stable and disruption-free work environment.
  • Manpower Planning:
    • Develop strategies for workforce management, recruitment, and retention.
    • Manage employee absenteeism, overtime, and discipline.
  • Compliance:
    • Ensure 100% compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
    • Liaise with government departments and authorities.
  • Talent Development:
    • Implement training programs for employees.
    • Design and run employee engagement and recognition schemes.

Key Qualifications:

  • 12–18 years of progressive HR & IR experience.
  • Proven expertise in union negotiations and dispute resolution.
  • Deep knowledge of Indian labor laws.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive results-oriented change.
