As a seasoned HR professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Industrial Relations and Human Resources landscape of our textile manufacturing unit.


Job Description:

Lead HR & IR functions at our plant with a workforce of approximately 1000 blue-collar workers and 200 white-collar staff.


Ensure seamless Industrial relations, effective manpower planning, statutory compliance, and stable productivity on the shop floor.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive worker hiring pipelines through ITIs, contractors, and multi-state networks.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for blue- and white-collar workforce.
  • Control absenteeism, overtime, and discipline on the shop floor to sustain high productivity.
  • Ensure balanced workforce cost through effective deployment and optimization.
  • Compliance & Statutory Management
  • Implement worker safety initiatives in alignment with best practices in textile manufacturing.
  • HR Systems & Talent Development
  • Implement HRIS, dashboards, and MIS for manpower cost, absenteeism, and productivity tracking.
  • Develop supervisors, staff, and high-potential talent through focused training programs.
  • Strengthen performance management and recognition systems for staff employees.
