Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources and Industrial Relations Manager to lead our HR and IR functions in a large textile manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective HR and IR strategies to ensure a stable and disruption-free work environment.
  • Build and sustain constructive relationships with unions and worker representatives to promote a positive and productive work culture.
  • Lead collective bargaining, wage settlements, and productivity-linked agreements to drive business growth and employee engagement.
  • Manage grievance redressal, disciplinary cases, and conflict resolution in accordance with applicable labor laws.
  • Drive workforce planning and recruitment strategies to meet business needs and reduce absenteeism, attrition, and overtime.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with Factories Act, CLRA, ID Act, ESI, PF, PoSH, and other applicable statutory norms.
Requirements
  • 12–18 years of progressive HR and IR experience, with at least 5 years as HR/IR Head in a large/medium size textile unit (spinning/weaving/denim preferred).
  • Proven expertise in union negotiations, wage settlements, and dispute resolution.
  • Deep knowledge of Indian labor laws and contractor workforce management.
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi; local dialect proficiency desirable.
  • Hands-on leader with shop-floor presence and problem-solving orientation.
