HR Generalist

Job Title: HR Generalist

This is a full-time, on-site position for an HR Generalist located in Neemrana, Rajasthan. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and overseeing various HR management tasks.

• Manage HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws
• Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and performance management
• Coordinate recruitment, training, and development initiatives

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Strong knowledge of HR practices and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

In addition to these qualifications, experience in the packaging industry is a plus.
