HR and IR Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive labor relations with employees and unions.
- Lead collective bargaining, wage settlements, and productivity-linked agreements.
- Manage grievance redressal, disciplinary cases, and conflict resolution in accordance with applicable labor laws.
- Drive workforce planning and deployment to achieve high productivity.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant statutes and regulations.
Qualifications:
- 12-18 years of progressive HR and IR experience, with at least 5 years as HR/IR Head in a large or medium-sized textile unit.
- Proven expertise in union negotiations, wage settlements, and dispute resolution.
- Deep knowledge of Indian labor laws and contractor workforce management.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi, with local dialect proficiency desirable.
Key Competencies:
- Strategic IR management and conflict resolution.
- Workforce planning and productivity orientation.
- Stakeholder influence (employees, management, authorities).
- Discipline, integrity, and resilience under pressure.
- Data-driven HR systems and compliance focus.
Success Measures:
