We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Territory Development Manager. This role is responsible for driving business growth and development in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- BUILD STRONG PARTNERSHIPS WITH EXISTING AND NEW CLIENTS TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH.
- Influence decision-making at senior levels to secure key partnerships and collaborations.
- Foster strong relationships with local IFA's, distributors, and key market influencers to drive business development.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across the territory.
- Develop and execute plans to manage and grow the territory, ensuring continued success and expansion.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of driving business growth and development in a similar role.
- Have a deep understanding of the local market and its dynamics.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
