Job Title: Service Delivery Manager Credit Cards
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead the daily operations of our Credit Cards Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved across multiple channels of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the Credit Cards Service team to ensure efficient delivery of services and maximum net reservation revenue.
- Deliver results against a defined scope of work, including measurable ROI, strategic innovation, performance reporting, and human capital development.
- Manage and monitor vendor performance, ensuring customer satisfaction and reporting statistical performance levels related to Call Centre operations.
- Coordinate with vendors to meet client expectations and ensure satisfaction.
- Manage and expand client relationships, close new revenue opportunities, and leads within the existing client base.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory agency guidelines and standards.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in Contact Centre Management.
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University and MBA in would be an added advantage.
Technical Competencies:
- Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, acting as a liaison between the vendor and the organization.
- Vendor Performance Monitoring: The ability to track and assess vendor performance against agreed-upon metrics, such as delivery timelines, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
- Technology and Industry Knowledge: Staying up to date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices relevant to the vendor's products or services.
- Project Management: A solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies to effectively coordinate vendor-related projects.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Proficiency in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to vendor performance, costs, and other relevant metrics.
- Continuous Improvement: A mindset of continuous improvement to enhance vendor management processes and practices.

Work Relationship:
- Direct reporting to Cards Head – Contact Centre, DBS India.
- Working relationship within Digital Bank Operations, BU team, tech Team, and various departments in regional team.
