At Our Business Ladder, we are seeking a highly skilled Purchase and Credit Note Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the purchasing process from start to finish and ensuring that all credit note processes are carried out accurately and efficiently.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Negotiating prices, delivery times, and payment terms with suppliers.
  • Placing purchase orders with suppliers and monitoring the delivery of goods and services.
  • Ensuring that all credit notes are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Managing the resolution of any discrepancies or issues related to credit notes with suppliers.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be required to:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchasing activities.
  • Work closely with other departments to identify and resolve any issues related to purchasing and credit notes.
  • Continuously evaluate and make recommendations for improving the purchasing process.

To be considered for this role, candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in procurement, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. Additionally, 1-2 years of experience in purchasing and credit note management is preferred. The salary for this position is negotiable based on location and experience.
