About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled General Manager to lead our team in providing high-quality professional support for political campaigns. Our organization is dedicated to envisioning and executing innovative electioneering campaigns, facilitating capacity building of grassroots cadre, and shaping governance.

We comprise a diverse group of dedicated individuals – including former management consultants, lawyers, engineers, political theorists, public policy professionals, and experts from other varied sectors – with the unified objective of meaningfully contributing to the nation's polity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Communications & Narrative Development: Develop compelling communication strategies and narratives for political, policy, and election campaigns.
  • Digital Strategy & Advertising: Oversee digital advertising strategy and execution with the team, using analytics to optimize performance and ROI.
  • Content Ideation & Oversight: Build and lead a team to produce engaging content (from ideation to final deliverable), including videos.
  • Channel Growth & SEO: Drive subscriber growth and viewership by optimizing videos for YouTube algorithm and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Audience Analytics: Analyze YouTube Studio analytics to understand audience retention, traffic sources, and demographics.
  • Content Innovation: Stay ahead of YouTube trends, experiment with new formats, and analyze competitor channels.
  • Creator Collaborations: Identify and build relationships with relevant creators to collaborate on projects.
  • Crisis Communication Preparedness: Develop crisis communication plans and support implementation as needed.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders.
