About This RoleWe are seeking a seasoned leader to join our Centre for Digital Transformation as an Associate Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and programs that support the growth and development of nonprofits in India.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership, with experience in strategy design, organisation set-up, capability development, and delivering business outcomes. You will also possess a deep understanding of digital innovation, business transformation, and strategic consulting in the impact sector.

Responsibilities- Strategy & Design: Develop and implement key initiatives and programs that support the growth and development of nonprofits in India.
- Stakeholder Management: Foster robust partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including funders, sector leaders, and ecosystem enablers.
- Program Operations & Monitoring: Drive seamless execution of programs and initiatives across learning, knowledge products, partnerships, and cohort building.
- Around 15 years of overall experience, with at least 7+ years in the social impact sector.
- Seasoned leader with deep experience in strategy design, organisation set-up, capability development, and delivering business outcomes.
- Demonstrated strong commercial acumen/orientation.
- Proven track record in nurturing solid partnerships across a wide range of stakeholders.
