Digital Transformation Expert

As a seasoned Transformation Leader, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing large-scale digital transformation programs. Your expertise in architecture, solution design, and engineering will be instrumental in driving business growth and competitiveness.
Your responsibilities will include providing end-to-end solution architecture and sizing for large deals, deciding on technology stacks, and reviewing, optimizing, and signing off technology solutions. You will also extract and build differentiators for large deals from existing services delivered to customers and work across internal verticals, service lines, and delivery organizations.
Articulating and presenting solutions to customers in discussions and bid defense will be crucial, as well as critically reviewing contracts, delivery plans, and application design in the context of architecture and design implications. Conducting system architecture evaluations and collaborating with project management and IT development teams to improve architectures will also be key.
In addition, you will deliver enterprise architecture blueprints, advise on setup associated artifact hierarchies and ownership, establish architecture and design governance, and conduct strategic planning to balance short and long-term objectives/priorities with organizational goals and constraints.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- 20+ years' experience in the IT industry, with at least 10 years in leadership roles involving enterprise architecture, solution design, and engineering for large-scale, complex transformation programs.
- Demonstrated ability in leading E2E architecture for large-scale, multi-year, multi-vendor digital transformation programs involving multiple pillars (e.g., BPS, ADMS, System Integration, Infra/Cloud management, Networks, Security).
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Designing and implementing large-scale digital transformation programs.
