Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Work on configuring time types, time profiles, holiday calendars, work schedules, accrual rules, and interim rules, as well as payouts, proration, and carryover logic.
  • Configure Time Valuation Rules, Time Collectors, Overtime Calculations, and Thresholds.
  • Understand objects used within Time Management modules.
  • Have knowledge of Interim and PEP Rules to handle unique business scenarios and provide flexible solutions.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and execute testing to validate module configurations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on SAP SuccessFactors modules' best practices, processes, and regulations.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and support teams to facilitate adoption and operation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data exchange between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP SuccessFactors module configurations, including troubleshooting and implementing enhancements.
  • Document configuration changes, test results, and support procedures for knowledge sharing.
  • Stay informed about SAP SuccessFactors updates and identify potential improvements to optimize HR and talent management processes.
