The responsibilities of the Associate Director include:

  • Strategy & Design: Design and develop key offerings, drive successful implementation, and participate in strategic planning and governance.
  • Stakeholder Management: Incubate and foster partnerships, drive collaborations, and provide continuous support to business development initiatives.
  • Program Operations & Monitoring: Enable seamless execution of programs, collaborate with stakeholders, and design and oversee impact metrics.

Organisational & Self-Leadership: Mentor/coach team members, engage with strategic organisational initiatives, and own self-development and learning goals.

Requirements:

  • Around 15 years of overall experience, with at least7+ years in social impact sector.
  • Seasoned leader with deep experience in strategy design, organisation set-up, capability development, and delivering strong business/functional outcome.
  • Demonstrated strong commercial acumen/orientation.
  • Proven track record in nurturing solid partnerships across a wide range of stakeholders.
