Lead Digital Transformation with Strategic Vision

As a Senior Vice President, you will spearhead digital transformation in Training & Development, driving strategic growth through innovative learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital learning strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Champion the adoption of cutting-edge digital learning technologies, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)-driven tools.
Program Design and Delivery:
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and design creative digital learning content.
  • Evaluate and select digital learning platforms to meet organizational needs, ensuring seamless integration and user experience.
Process Training:
  • Design an effective training strategy and facilitate planning and delivery of programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational requirements.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality training outcomes.
Attributes and Attitude:
  • Proven experience in developing large-scale digital learning strategies, with a focus on innovation and collaboration.
  • Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, with expertise in AI, data analytics, and cloud computing.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and change management skills, with a ability to drive cultural transformations.
Requirements:
  • Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 15-20 years of experience in the industry, with 5+ years managing digital transformation for Training functions.
