Transformation Leader

The Associate Director is a dynamic and entrepreneurial position that covers strategy, proposition/program design and management, ecosystem development, building teams and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop key offerings of the Centre for Digital Transformation - from ideation to stabilizing them.
- Identify and build partnerships with individuals and organisations for scaling the program.
- Drive successful implementation of initiatives within budget and timeline.
- Participate in strategic planning, budgeting and ongoing governance of the Centre.
- Create thought leadership content (e.g. articles, whitepapers etc.).
About You
We are looking for a seasoned leader with deep experience in strategy design, organisation set-up, capability development and delivering strong business/functional outcomes. You should have a proven track record in nurturing solid partnerships across stakeholders and be an empathetic people leader experienced in recruiting and leading high-performance teams.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Around 15 years of overall experience, with at least 7+ years in the social impact sector.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen/orientation.
- Strong program and change management skills.
- Proactive self-starter thriving in dynamic work environments.
- Experience in driving digital innovation, business transformation or strategic consulting in commercial and/or impact sector.
