We are a renowned jewellery company seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive our sales efforts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business development plans to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development plans to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them
- Lead and train team members to ensure efficiency in service operations
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, preferably in the jewelry industry
- Masters or Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Compensation: ₹ 8,50,000 - ₹ 13,50,000 per annum (estimated)
