As a seasoned Area Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development in the region. You will be responsible for developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations and cultivating relations with clients to secure repeat business.

We offer a competitive salary of ₹1,300,000 per annum, plus benefits including medical insurance and retirement savings plan.

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development.
- Interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business.
- Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals for smooth execution of sales.
- Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters career development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members.
- Developing promotional campaigns around major product launches.
- Initiating and implementing process / procedure changes/improvements and ensuring optimal utilization of the available resources.
- Extremely effective business networking.
- Conceptualizing and implementing competent strategies, processes and policies for regional operations & ensuring that the requisite changes are made as and when required.

Requirements:

- Experience in sales, with a focus on working with channel partners, retailers, and in the Jewelry industry.
- A Masters or bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage and influence key stakeholders across multiple industries.
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with diverse groups of clients and partners.
