Sales Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Director to join our team at Gigamon. As a critical member of our sales organization, you will play a key role in driving efficiency and effectiveness across our global sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Order Management: Manage the order booking process and resources, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
- Sales Team Support: Utilize Salesforce (SFDC) and Clari to drive process improvements, measurement, tracking, and data analytics, supporting the sales team's success.
- Metric Tracking and Analysis: Track and analyze key metrics, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements within the Sales organization to drive efficiency.
- Reporting and Presentations: Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and KPIs, preparing Quarterly Business Review and Board presentations.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a related field, with increasing responsibilities.
- Management Experience: 2-3+ years of management experience.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinker with superior problem-solving skills, able to create and interpret analyses from scratch.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC), strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, with the ability to perform in-depth data analysis.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous PTO.
