Employee Relations Investigator

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough, impartial investigations into employee complaints and allegations of misconduct in a timely and fair manner. Identify and assess the scope and scale of inappropriate conduct.
- Effectively handle employee relations issues and concerns to minimize corporate risk and improve employee experience.
- Partner with legal counsel as needed and maintain accurate documentation and follow-up files.
- Exhibit strong professional judgment, emotional intelligence, and collaboration across functions and regions.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners in HR, Legal, HR Ops, TA, TR, and Govt Relations.
- Articulate local labor laws and provide guidance on compliance and regulation changes.
- Support employee conflict resolution and serve as a point of contact for leadership advice.
Preferred Experience:
- Strong employee relations experience gained through increasingly responsible positions within Human Resources.
- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced matrix environments.
- Ability to work through ambiguity, think creatively, and be flexible.
- Exceptional communication skills, case documentation, and report writing skills.
- Professional, confident manner and poised demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse personality types and job levels.
- Demonstrated history of exemplary ethics and integrity, including handling confidential information.
