
Employee Relations Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Relations Leader to join our team. As an Employee Relations Leader, you will be responsible for managing employee grievances, disciplinary cases, and performance improvement cases in a fair, consistent, and legally compliant manner.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances
2. Conduct thorough investigations into grievances in a timely manner
3. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve grievances
4. Maintain detailed records of all grievance cases and outcomes
Disciplinary Case Management:
1. Manage the disciplinary process, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
2. Conduct investigations into disciplinary issues, including interviews with involved parties
3. Provide recommendations for disciplinary actions and ensure consistent application across the site
4. Document all disciplinary cases and maintain confidentiality
Performance Improvement:
1. Work with managers to identify employees who require performance improvement plans (PIPs)
2. Develop and implement PIPs in collaboration with managers and employees
3. Monitor progress and provide ongoing support to employees on PIPs
4. Evaluate the effectiveness of PIPs and make necessary adjustments
Policy and Procedure Compliance:
1. Ensure all employee relations activities comply with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
2. Stay updated on relevant labor laws and regulations
3. Provide training to managers and employees on employee relations policies and best practices
4. Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution
Reporting and Analytics:
1. Prepare regular reports on employee relations activities and trends
2. Analyze data to identify patterns and areas for improvement
3. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management
4. Manage a team of 7 employees in Employee Relations across 3 locations
